Hypnosis and Athletics

One of the factors that not all people can be an athlete or move like an athlete does is that normal people thinks different compared to athletes.  You may be able to stretch things or good with other areas, which is evident and unique to each person but for athletes they use their mind as they coordinate it with their body.  This is important for all athletes because in every event such as marathon, the power to keep running and last for hours doing that thing can't be done with a boosted resistance alone.  Mind is the reason they keep on going.
